At Yoga Studio Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your practice gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats and towels must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
